Every single time when I mention Roasted Duck, people will say...Ooo...go to Loong Foong...Loong Foong Siew Ngap - In english, it means Loong Foong Roasted Duck!! I have had it many times, thanks to my awesome grand-dad who will only buy roasted duck from Loong Foong!!! Yummeh!!
I have heard stories of how people would line up just to buy their roasted duck, especially during eve of Chinese New Year --- no order, no duck for you!! And there are those other chinese occasions/celebration, it is the same scenarios ---queue!!! Even on ordinary days - they sell out fast!!
However, Loong Foong does not only sell roasted duck, it is also a chinese restaurant---erm, typically chinese...and the food is greeeat!! Even the price is great!!! It is most of the time very packed/crowded, so please do make your reservation before heading there...parking wise is fine ^.^

The Yam Basket - in chinese it is called: Wu Put...the filling was over-flowing- stir fried chicken bits, baby corn, roasted cashew nuts, capsicum etc etc!!! Excellent!! *slurps*
The Star of the dinner!!! One whole Roasted Duck!!! Really can't get enough of it!!
Taufu with minced pork - this is a classic in all chinese restaurants...but to determine if it is good, it lies in the taufu - this one? *2 thumbs up*
Fish fillet fried with ginger and spring onion!! Really gooooood!!! You don't like fish, you will like this one - and it is confirmed boneless!! Yippie!!
Lemon chicken...not really my type of dish, but it is good ^.^
Don't look down on this!! It is Braised Sea Cucumber and fresh Scallop - those you see on the top...All done in a Pumpkin Pot!!! -Unique!! Delicious....emmmm!!!
We call this Sei Tai Tin Wong...In english?? Errr...Emmm...The 4 Superstar/King???....hmmm...it is related to 4 Hong Kong singer/actors who are buddies...Anyway it is 4 different type of veggie fried with Belacan (it is a prawn chili paste) - This was really goood, no joke!!
And...this....it is braised pork knuckle...it is really really really nice - I don't like the tendons - so I ate the lean meat...I nearly could not stop!!!
It was a family dinner - and we had about 20 of us - 2 table (having the same dish)...the damage was about RM700 if I'm not mistaken - including drinks, there were bottles of beer too...it was rather cheap for the type of dish we called and the amount we had- so much that we could not finish and had to ta bao (take away) quite an amount of left-overs!!
I give this 5 stars, and 2 thumbs up!!! Will definitely be back, and continue to buy my roasted duck here ^.^
