Like fish?? Erm...not really my kinda thing...Fish Head?? Worst!!!

But there is this chemistry between me and fish head noodles, hmmm....a weird kinda love...

I have ventured many places in search for a good bowl fish head noodles...some are good, some really fishyyy!!! But there is this place, an expert I must say, does it so perfectly - at least it is perfect to me...

Introducing...Fish Head and Fish Paste Noodles - A Combination if you are not a big fan of fish head

The Fish Head is deep fried to perfection and there is fair bit of meat, not just bones!! *super likes*

Still can't accept the fish head...try a combination of fish paste and sotong (cuttlefish) balls - goooood!!! No bones!!

The authentic one...The original Fish Head Noodles - Owh, I can't get enough of it!!! I love my soup extra milky - if you are lactose intolerant you can have them w/o milk - trust me, just as good!!! I all lies in their broth!!!
